Add a Server: Advanced Options

The following options are available:

• Permit Keep Alive w/o Calls (checkbox)

• Keep Alive Time (ms)

• Keep Alive TimeOut (ms)

• Minimum Receive Ping Interval w/o data (ms)

• Minimum Sent Ping Interval w/o data (ms)

• Request Timeout (ms). This setting is used to set a gRPC "deadline" on each API call made by Data Replicator Manager.  Default value is 20000 ms (20 seconds). The minumum value is 10000 ms.
