Each Data Replicator control database contains a table, named stats, for storing the event information for all subscriptions that are managed by the corresponding Replicator Service. If the stats table reaches the maximum number of rows that it is configured to have, either for a particular subscription's statistics or the statistics for all subscriptions, Data Replicator deletes enough of the oldest records to allow the new statistics to be inserted. You configure the logging of statistics from the Service Properties Logging Tab.
To free space in the stats table, you can delete the statistics for one or more subscriptions or groups when they are no longer needed.
If you select a subscription from the Subscriptions folder and execute the Delete Statistics command, all of the statistics for that subscription--regardless of whether the subscription was run individually or as a member of a group--are deleted from the log.
If you select a group and execute the Delete Statistics command, only the statistics that are related to running each member as part of that group are deleted. Statistics for running the subscription as part of another group or for running it as an individual subscription remain in the log.
In the Replicator Manager main window, select a subscription from the Subscriptions folder or a group from the Groups folders.
Right-click and select the Delete Statistics command.
