If you are creating a subscription for incremental replication of data, the subscription must be a member of a group.If you select multiple source objects for snapshot replication, an Add to Group checkbox option allows you to specify an existing group or create a new group of the selected subscriptions. You can just click Next to continue defining the subscription(s) without placing them in a group.

You can accept the default group name, select an existing group from the list, or click New to create a new group for the subscription(s) that you are currently adding.
The Comment field shows the description entered for existing groups, but you can enter or change the comment only from the Group Properties dialog.
Click the New button to create a new group for the subscription(s) that you are adding. The New button displays a dialog for you to name the group, and then you can click the Properties button of this Wizard pane if you want to specify the group properties. Otherwise you can edit the properties after the group is created.
Click the Properties button to display the Group Properties dialog. You can specify the properties if you are creating a new group, but you can only view the properties of an existing group. (Existing group properties can be changed by selecting the group and executing the Properties command.)
